Our fee model is no win, no fee: you are not charged if your claim is unsuccessful. Commission terms are provided during the claims process.

Limitation of liability

We strive to keep information accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee completeness. We are not liable for decisions made by ferry operators or national enforcement bodies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
