- 25% compensation for a 1-hour departure delay; 50% for 2 hours, 75% for 3 hours, 100% for 4+ hours.
- Right to rerouting on the next Baleària sailing or a refund when your crossing is cancelled.
- Assistance with snacks and meals during delays of 90+ minutes at Spanish and Balearic ports.
- Complaints should be filed with Baleària within 2 months of the incident.

- Barcelona–Palma and Valencia–Ibiza are common EU routes eligible for compensation.
